Online Fit Check, Full Intake and local backup

When the user actively submits the Fit Check or Full Intake, the entered inquiry, business, billing and project information is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS to Formspree and forwarded to the controller’s contact address. Formspree is used as the technical form and email service provider. The Full Intake also offers local browser-only saving plus TXT, JSON and PDF exports created directly on the user’s device. Selected reference files in the Full Intake are not uploaded; only the filenames visible in the form are transmitted.

Legal bases

Processing is carried out for pre-contractual steps and contract performance, compliance with accounting and tax obligations and, where necessary, legitimate interests in secure communication, documentation and the defense of claims.

Recipients, Formspree and payment services

Formspree, Inc. is used as a processor for the technical receipt, spam screening, storage and email notification of intake inquiries. According to the service provider, Standard Contractual Clauses are used for international data transfers. Data is otherwise disclosed only where necessary for the contract, payment, accounting or legal duties. If PayPal is selected, PayPal processes payment data under its own terms; the provider does not receive full card details. Bank data is processed only as part of a transfer.

Retention and rights

Unaccepted inquiries are retained only as long as needed for clarification and documentation. Contract, invoice and accounting records are kept for the periods required by law. Data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. Complaints may be submitted to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

No analytics or advertising trackers: The website loads no external analytics, advertising, font or tracking scripts. An HTTPS connection to the Formspree form endpoint is made only when the user actively submits the intake.
